Imagine you were standing in a special elevator, and there was a speaker phone that would give you exactly 5 minutes to say anything you wanted to say, with the entire world as your audience, fully present, awaiting what you had to say….

   What would you say to the world?

Kind of an interesting thing to think about isn’t it? I mean, common, THE ENTIRE WORLD?? Of course the speaker would automatically translate your message in all languages so your message would be understood by everyone.  And, you’d be speaking to people of course of all ages, all ethnicities, and cultures….

The reason I ask this question of you, is that whether we know it or not, every time we speak, we are speaking to the world, our planet, our universe. We are contributing to the collective consciousness of the planet every time we speak a word, or take an action. You may not think that your little words and actions affect anyone but yourself - but they do - BIGTIME..

Makes me think about all the celebrities out there that literally have a big portion of the world audience to share messages with. Some, like Oprah, Paul Newman, Robert Redford, D’Caprio, etc. use the “Speaker” responsibly…. And I’m so inspired and grateful that they understand the impact they have on the entire planet. Unfortunately even some people who have it, don’t use it, or abuse it.

Every time we pick up the phone and talk to a prospect, a team member, a friend, whoever, we really are speaking to the world… So what are you saying? What message do you offer on a daily basis to yourself, and everyone around you?

I was asked this question a few weeks ago. And I’ve been thinking about it for a while before I decided to ask you, here.. I wanted my message to be so profound…. Then I realized that it was really simple for me… And it wouldn’t probably even take 5 minutes…

My 5-minute elevator pitch to the world would be something like this (be prepared as this will be kinda deep….)

Hello everyone! My name is Carol Ann Martin… I just want you to know, no matter what anyone else says about me or you…. Namaste….

BE FREE. You have the power within you to be, do, have all you wish to have in life. Your mind is your most powerful resource, and with it, you can unlock the entire world to you.  Allow yourself to ask, to receive, to experience.  Do not squander another second of your precious life waiting for the world to come to you. GO GET IT - BE IN IT - LOVE IT - EXPERIENCE IT ALL.  That’s what we are here for.  

Detach from judgment about anything and everything you see. Life is energy - that is all any of it is and will ever be. And all life has inherited intelligence that is not for us to judge. Allow life and people and situations to be what they are, and simply shift your interaction and engagement with it, with LOVE. We are powerless to change anyone or anything - for anyone or anything is not “ours” to control. This very moment of TIME is all we “own”. So use it wisely - live fully - find the way - and do it NOW…

Whew!! Well, I think that’s what I’d want to say, right now…
