A Complaint Free Platinum One Destinations Business

Have you ever stopped to notice how many times you ”complain” daily? It is a conditioned behavior that most people do - statistically up to 15-20 times per day.

I was recently introduced to a world-wide project entitled “A Complaint Free World“. A nonprofit organization that has already distributed over 4.8 million purple bracelets to people willing to stop complaining for 21 consecutive days for the purpose of improving themselves and the world.  By wearing a bracelet, you agree to stop verbally complaining for 21 days. If you catch yourself or others wearing a bracelet complaining, you have to switch the bracelet to the other wrist and start over.

I am participating in this project and already have my purple bracelet on. I am ordering these bracelets for my P1D team members, friends and family who are willing to participate as well.  I’ll tell you that it has not been as easy as I thought. In the first 24 hours I had to switch my bracelet to the other wrist 5-6 times catching myself complaining about others complaining!! Ha Ha…

It is one thing to assertively ask for respect of boundaries, or to request that a mistake be repaired.  However, it is another thing to attach emotion and “shoulds” to the request.

I am excited about this project and to be a part of it. I encourage all my readers to get their bracelet and start as soon as possible. On average it takes people 4-6 months to accomplish a clear 21 consecutive days without complaining.
